our Chefs! You'll have the chance to win great a prize, and be sure to bring
the kids in for a FREE Cookie Decorating while you're watching the judging!

      Dates/Time:

·         Saturday, December 6, 2008 in our Paramus, NJ and Hartsdale, NY locations.

·         Contest runs from 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm.

·         Kids decorating runs from 12:00 pm - 3:00pm (while supplies last).

      Contestants:

·         FREE registration begins November 1, 2008 through November 28, 2008.

·         Participants will be confirmed by December 1, 2008. Open to everyone, ages 14 and up.

·         Cookie base must be between 3" and 5"  wide, made of sugar or other firm cookie dough (no 3D cookies).

      Judging:

·         Participants will submit ONE COOKIE for judging, based on appearance (though all components MUST be edible).

·         Customers will vote for 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd place. The 10 highest scores will be in the finals and judged by our panel of baking experts.

      Prizes:

·         The grand prize for the 1^st Place winner is a $250 Chef Central Gift Card.

·         2^nd Prize is a Cuisinart® Hand/Stand Mixer, a $99.99 value.

·         3^rd Prize and People's Choice Award is a Wilton® Cookie Pro Cookie Gun AND a Silpat Baking Liner, a $40 value.

      Event Day Schedule:

·         11:00 am: Participants bring in cookies.

·         12:00 pm – 3:00 pm: Customers vote and FREE Cookie Decorating for kids (no registration, walk-in only).

·         3:30 pm - 4:00 pm: Final judging and prizes awarded.
